Terms and Conditions informs you about the availability of the products that are displayed on our site, as well as about the delivery days of your order, depending on the shipping method you have selected. In exceptional cases (deficient or delayed) you will be informed by customers care by phone or email.

Payment options 

You can pay for an order with the following ways: 

  1. Credit Card / Cash Card : Accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard. The payment procedure is completed in the secure platform of the Alpha Bank of Greece, using the most advanced security and encryption protocols. Read more for transactions security. 
  1. Pay on delivery: Pay the courier’s employee upon delivery. 

When the delivery is made by Speed couriers the cash on delivery is charged € 2.50 to the total order cost for parcels up to 3 kgr of independent destination, each additional Kg is charged with € 1.50. 

For shipments used by a transport agency (bulk shipments outside the of Attica zone) the cash on delivery is not valid and the payment must be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

In order to proceed with your order you should email us the scanned document or electronic bank receipt at 

The order will be considered complete upon receiving a copy of the bank transfer payment, it will be then processed and will be dispatched for delivery.  



Our company gives you the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Product returns are divided into defective and non-defective 

Regarding Defective Products: 

Defective products are those that are of poor quality, damaged or damaged, or for whatever reason have been sent by our own mistake (wrong pricing, wrong quantity, wrong size, etc.). 

In all the above cases, the company is obliged to replace the defective products if the following conditions apply: 

  • You have contacted our company either by phone or viaEmailat and you have stated that you have defective products within 14 days from the date of receipt. 
  • The product to be replaced has not been used, has not been damaged by use and its packaging is in excellent condition.
  • The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt or invoice)

If the product to be replaced meets the above requirements then you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with the correct one without any further charge for you (shipping costs of shipping and shipping are borne by our company) 

Regarding NON-Defective Products: 

Non-defective products are those that have no defects, no external or internal damage and have been sent correctly by us and according to your order. 

In this case, if for some reason you want to replace such a product, our company gives you the opportunity as long as the following conditions apply. 


  • You have contacted our company either by phone or viaEmailat and you have stated that you wish to change the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. 
  • The product to be replaced has not been used, has not been damaged by use and its packaging is in excellent condition.
  • The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt or invoice). If the product to be replaced meets the aboveconditionsthen you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with any other product of your choice. 

In this case, you will be charged with the transportation costs of receiving and sending the new one. In case the defective or non-defective product has not been returned for replacement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, then our company does not undertake any replacement. 



After your order placed in our website you will receive an email with all your order details. You can watch your order progress through our website. 

Your order can be canceled in the following cases: 

  • Before completingthe order, during the electronicprocess,  you can at any time stop the  process. 
  • If you have completed the order and the product has not been shipped yet, you can contact us by phone at 210-4317756and one of our specialized partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.
  • If you have received the products of your order and still wish to cancel your order, contact us at 210-4317756 or via email: optikanikolaou@gmail.comexplaining the reasons for cancellation and a specialized partner will inform you of all your options.


Refund gives you the ability to return money, if for any reason you do not wish to receive an order that you have already paid or for some reason you do not wish to change defective goods with new ones, then you can after notifying us by email at clearly explaining to us the reasons for your decision to get your money back. Necessary condition is the existence of a bank account in the banks cooperating with us. In any case, the refund process is completed in about 14 days 



For the receipt of your orders our company uses its own means of transport as well as courier companies, the charges are shown below:

Outside Attica 

Delivery time: 2 -5working days 

Shipping cost: 5€

Force Majeure 

If for reasons of force majeure (strikes, rallies-mobilizations, bad weather etc.), your order can not be executed, we will notify you via email of the expected date of delivery, and will look to you for confirmation, to complete the mission
